Tyler Mafi

LGBTQ+, QTPOC, Adolescent, Anxiety

I specialize in helping clients navigating identity exploration, intergenerational trauma, anxiety around dating and sex, anger/resentment, parental stress, and chronic illness. I practice therapy that is collaborative, exploratory, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed. My goal is to help my clients engage in self discovery, take steps to honor their authenticity, and intentionally forge their own life path. I practice Psychodynamic & Existential therapy, while incorporating tools from Mindfulness, Attachment, & Narrative therapies. I am a proud queer, trans, and multicultural therapist, which informs my desire to provide a space that centers clients’ unique identities and cultural backgrounds in the healing process.
