I'm a sex positive, kink-friendly, polyamory/ENM and queer affirming creative arts therapist. I utilize an integrative approach to ensure you are getting the individualized support you need. Much of my work has been with individuals who’ve experienced sexual abuse, mood disorders, and/or anxiety. I frequently use humanistic, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, holistic, and mindfulness based approaches. My specialty is dance/movement therapy. I believe our bodies are wise and that we can access parts of ourselves through movement and connecting to our bodily experiences in a way that talking alone just can't do. Our sessions can include as little or as much movement as you feel comfortable with. I received my Master's from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY.
