While my roots are Tejana, I practice in NYC, am also licensed in NJ, and have been providing trauma-informed psychotherapy to diverse clients including sex workers since 2014. I specialize in EMDR for traumas, phobias, and problematic behaviors. Our sessions may also include somatic techniques, ecotherapy, sound, and rituals. Most of my experience is with LGBTQ+ clients. I am experienced with clients who live with HIV or have HIV+ loved ones. I offer advocacy services if you’re seeking support accessing gender-affirming medical care. I prioritize an identity-affirming environment where we focus on what brings you to therapy.
