Hello! I am a Poly, ENM, BDSM/Kink, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC affirming therapist. The primary focuses of my work are with clients who are navigating relationships with self and others, sexuality, boundary and communication issues, codependency, emotional awareness, family dynamics and childhood issues, spirituality, existential angst, life transitions, and psychedelic/plant medicine integration. I utilize an eclectic array of approached within the talk therapy space including embodiment and emotional awareness practices, emotional freedom technique, mindfulness, breath work, spirituality, visual journeys, parts work, and integration/harm reduction. I continue to cultivate a varied background from years of personal and professional exploration of the self through my own radical free expression.
