My work has allowed me to support people through a range of life affirming challenges. This includes: adjusting to new life expectations, processing relationship concerns, career development, handling overwhelming emotions, supporting the process of defining and affirming ones identity (race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality), managing symptoms of depression and processing trauma. I have worked with people of different ages and life stages, including adolescents, couples and families.
