Lola (she/her/hers/ella) believes that therapy should be accessible, trauma informed, uplift people and help them lead lives that interest and challenge them. All of her therapeutic approaches are rooted in social justice with an emphasis in exploration through learning and telling of stories. Lola has mostly worked with Disabled and queer youth focusing on self-determination and advocacy skills. A big part of Lola’s approach is spending time learning about each client and building a trusting relationship. She believes that each client is an expert in their own lives and in order to best support them, they need to be actively engaged in designing and shaping their therapeutic experiences. I offer services in English and Spanish.
