Levi Stolove


It is through challenges that we can come to know ourselves better and gain insight into making the most of the lives we have. Therapy is a unique space to explore obstacles, become clear about what you want in life and how to get there. I work with clients and couples with a range of challenges including depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, LGBTQIA+ concerns, gender identity, gender transition, communication difficulties, anger, and stress. At times life presents great challenges but when confronted in a supportive open environment they can yield a stronger, more flexible, resilient individual who is better able to connect to others. My work is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Buddhist Psychology. With couples Gottman and CBT form my base of practice.
