It is through challenges that we can come to know ourselves better and gain insight into making the most of the lives we have. Therapy is a unique space to explore obstacles, become clear about what you want in life and how to get there. I have worked with clients with a wide range of struggles including depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, body image issues, LGBTQIA+ concerns, gender identity, gender transition, parenthood, communication difficulties, anger, and stress. These are all great challenges but when confronted in a supportive open environment they can yield a stronger, more flexible, resilient individual who is better able to connect to others.
