I bring over a decade of training and experience working with individuals of many various identities within the gender and sexuality spectrum. I work with individuals and couples/ relationship partners. I am knowledgeable and affirming when it comes to non-traditional relationship structures, such as polyamory and other forms of consensual non-monogamy (CNM). I strive to provide a therapeutic environment where clients feel not only safe and non-judged but also truly seen and truly heard. I believe that securing a trusting and genuine bond with my clients is of utmost importance before any real therapy can begin. I work collaboratively with clients to help them understand themselves more deeply and evoke meaning in their experiences so that they can live life more fully and authentically.
