I believe every person is an expert of themselves and I aim to be a compassionate collaborator to support clients connect with their intrinsic wisdom of how to heal. My practice is informed by trainings in social justice and anti-oppression, trauma-informed counseling, and motivational interviewing as well as my identities as a white, queer, Jewish and somewhat nonbinary clinician. I am passionate about people in the fullness of our stories. We are complicated and are more than any one diagnosis or label. My style combines elements of empathy, creativity, occasional humor, and directness. I work with individuals and couples of all relational styles, sexualities, and cultural identities. I welcome all questions, curiosities and concerns and invite you to email me for free phone consultation.
