I am a licensed mental health counselor I am dedicated to fostering healthy relationships, sexual wellness, and improvement in overall quality of life. I focus on LGBTQ+ individuals, anxiety, depression, and human sexuality. Our sessions will offer an atmosphere that is warm and empathic, whilst being trans-affirming, poly-affirming, kink-affirming, and sex positive. My collaborative approach integrates empowerment, validation, communication skills, intimacy enhancement and more based on your individual needs. I work with modalities of ACT, CBT, and DBT. Whether you're navigating challenges of sexual dysfunction, trauma, or relationship issues know that you're not alone and we are in this together.
