Erika provides treatment that is client-centered, tailoring her approach to the best fit for each client. She practices from a sex-positive, direct and non-judgmental perspective. She has experience in LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed therapy. Erika has helped clients with a range of struggles, including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, sexuality and gender identity, gender transition, body image, and navigating major life decisions. She utilizes an integrative approach with an emphasis on psychodynamic theory. Additionally, she holds a Masters in Education with a concentration in English, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. She incorporates writing, art, and creativity into the therapeutic process.
