Growing up in an immigrant family and studying theater developed my empathy and curiosity about the human experience. I have learned that although we are often hurt in relationships, we can also heal in relationships. This is why the therapeutic relationship is at the core of the work that I do. I believe that you have the answers that you need inside you. I listen non-judgmentally, slowly rebuilding your capacity to feel safe.
