To paraphrase Carl Rogers, it’s a curious paradox that real change occurs once we can accept ourselves as we truly are. I want to break the expectations of what you “should” be and help you get acquainted with the hidden parts of yourself. To that end, I take a humanistic, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach to psychotherapy, tailoring my style to fit the individual client. I maintain a non-judgmental and curious stance, and people describe me as having a “down to earth” style. Though I have experience working with adults, couples, and adolescents from diverse backgrounds who seek psychotherapy for a variety of issues, I have a particular interest in working with folks in the polyamorous, queer/LGBTQIA+, and kink communities.
