Brittney Schwab

Therapist/Clinical Supervisor
Depression/Grief/ADHD/Parenting
LCSW, SIFI

Engaging in therapy is a radical act of self-love and demonstrates your commitment to heal, maintain, or deepen your connection with yourself, and in turn, with others. I work with adults, adolescents, children and families via telehealth. My practice honors intersectional identities and promotes sex positivity. I specialize in the treatment of mood disorders, trauma, grief, ADHD, and family conflict. My lived experience complements my professional experience, making me uniquely qualified to provide empathic, trauma-informed care. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and real. You can expect a balance of depth and practicality, humor and honesty, warmth and accountability.

“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced” – James Baldwin
