As a queer-identified psychotherapist, I am sensitive to the various challenges relating to sexual orientation, gender identity, and other facets of queer life and experience. I believe that sexual health is an essential part of our overall wellbeing, and I strive to create a safe, welcoming space to explore and work through any sex-related concern. It is my highest priority to provide identity-affirming care, and so my creative, collaborative approach is guided by the unique needs of each individual client. This integrative style borrows from a range of therapeutic frameworks, including psychodynamic, relational, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness. My work is further informed by my background in the arts, storytelling, yoga, and meditation.
