I am a Black, later-to-queer, cis-female, religious trauma recovering, mystic leaning relationally trained psychotherapist. I love working with couples+, solo partners and people navigating intimate relationship connections.
I think of myself as an identity and relationship therapist because these are the areas I am most passionate about supporting folks to feel realized in.
I have spent much of my practice serving QTBIPOC folks around connection, queer & gender identity, family acceptance, self-responsibility, & self trust.
I have also recently become very interested in parts work/ IFS and am adding this thinking to my practice which has been a great fit for many of my clients.
Recently I have expanded my relational support beyond the therapy office via The Gritty Lovers Club.
