Astin Wangel-Brown

I am an identity and relationship therapist who offers clients support to clarify and feel empowered in their relationships with themselves and others. My clients have reported improved relationship dynamics, better mood management and coping skills, and empowered decision making as a result of our work together. My appreciation for human complexity and sensitivity to diverse human experiences allows me to invite and support individuals, couples and families from all walks of human existence.

My work with clients can center topics of culture, values and beliefs, sexuality, spirituality, racial and other forms of oppression, grief, traumatic experiences, gender identity and expression, parenting, sibling conflict, and infidelity to name a few.
