Anisah Miley

I consider myself to be a warm, dynamic therapist with roots in queer affirming, sex-positive, and anti-racist practices. Most of my training has been in behavioral techniques that explore the interactions between our thoughts, behaviors, and feelings. Most of my professional clinical experiences have been in serving people of color, people of transgender experience, LGBQ people, immigrants, and youth. My clinical expertise has been in helping people move through difficult transitions, reduce mood and anxiety symptoms, and address relationship problems. My goal is to help you to more fully understand your emotions and get unstuck, forging a path to healing and a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
