I am a child and adolescent psychotherapist specializing in OCD, eating disorders, behavioral issues, and interpersonal conflict. I offer couples discernment counseling, exposure therapy, eating disorder stabilization, and individual therapy to children aged 10-17. My specialty is helping people in crisis regain control over their symptoms so they can work effectively with long-term providers who will help prevent or lessen the impact of future crises. I'm not here to judge you, I'm here because I get it. As someone who has bipolar disorder and is recovered from an eating disorder and OCD, I know how exhausting it is to go through every moment knowing something is wrong. I'd love to help you see that an end really is in sight, and contentment and fulfillment are meant for you, too.
