I am a queer, white, and Jewish therapist and theater director. I aim to create a non-judgmental space where you can show up as your full self. Therapy has helped me better understand my own behavior and has motivated me to change patterns that no longer serve me. My positive experience with therapy has inspired me to support others in exploring their own narratives, values, and actions.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I work from a kink affirming and sex-positive approach and specialize in working with artists, non-monogamous, and poly individuals. I use a blend of therapeutic modalities, often including psychodynamic and behavioral approaches. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, and ketamine-assisted therapy (KAP). I work with adults and children.
