Zoe Zink

Psychotherapist
Grief/Chronic Illness/Relational
LMSW

I specialize in working with adults and teenagers who are navigating life transitions, trauma, grief, chronic illness, and loss. My approach to therapy is multifaceted and tailored to each individual, integrating exploration of early life experiences with relational and behavioral perspectives—I view therapy as collaborative, individualized, and never one-size-fits-all.

I am LGBTQ+-affirming, anti-oppressive, and grounded in a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework. Trust is central to therapeutic vulnerability. My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, you’re treated with kindness, met without judgment and with genuine interest in your lived experience.
