I am a trauma-informed, sex-positive, poly, kink-knowledgable integrative psychotherapist. I collaborate with my clients to create an affirmative and non-judgemental space for them to explore their lives and the impediments they have experienced and are currently facing. I understand that it becomes difficult for people to slow down and process their emotions while living in a world that never stops moving. Through my work, I encourage my clients to challenge themselves and develop coping strategies that empower them to confidently live their lives and celebrate their internal strengths.
