I’m Yufei Liu, a mental health counselor who works at the intersection of psychological distress and trauma. I believe that lived experiences of pain, struggle, and survival carry profound meaning, and they continue to shape my commitment to this work. As a queer, non-binary, mentally-ill, bilingual counselor with both lived and professional experience working with immigrant and marginalized communities, I offer a space grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect. I believe therapy is more than symptom relief—it’s about reclaiming your voice, honoring your survival, and creating space for healing and growth.
