VNC Therapy New York was founded to provide a healing space for Bodies of Culture and LGBTQIA+ humans to reconnect with their identities and explore new pathways to pleasure in a radically affirming and expansive way. Some of the healing has included dismantling ideas around perfectionism, entitlement, and oppression that may be specific to AAPI, BIPOC, Latinx, LGBQAI+ and TGNC communities and which show up intersectionally to create unique barriers to pleasure.
