I am a sex and body-positive, LGBTQI+ affirming, kink-friendly therapist who works with adults around varying topics such as gender, sexuality, HIV/AIDS & STIs, safer sex, self-esteem, self-acceptance, family, Asian (Filipino) identity, polyamorous/alternative relationship structures, harm-reduction, depression, and anxiety. I am an affirming and inquisitive therapist, and I believe through self-reflection and self-examination we can reach a more joyous, peaceful, and healthier life. I also prefer a person-centered approach, so we go at your speed, and what makes you comfortable. Sometimes I will push you a little more, but within limits.
