I work with teenagers and adults who struggle in relationships — not because they lack insight or effort, but because old patterns keep getting in the way. Many of my clients are high-achievers or creative people who excel in their work while quietly struggling with conflict, closeness, or feeling truly known.
These patterns rarely exist in isolation. They’re often tangled up with anxiety, self-doubt, a tendency to over-function or withdraw — and for some clients, with ADHD or other neurodivergent experiences that shape how they connect and communicate.
Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and build a more grounded relationship with yourself and the people you care about.
I accept Aetna, Oxford, and UnitedHealthcare through IHITherapy.org for work with adults and couples.
