Blending their intersectional abolitionist/liberation-based , trauma-informed lenses, they orchestrate a dialogue between the body, mind, and heart using EMDR, AEDP, IFS and Somatic and Ancestral Practices. Terceira’s aim is to support clients’ individual and collective choices and agency, communication, relationships, boundaries, identities, and self-worth.
Therapy is an invitation to be messy, to dive beyond the ‘unknown’, to shed layers and come home to your truest self and aspirations with a sense of ease and belonging. Therapy is a compassionate, non-judgemental space: Co-created between Terceira and their clients to explore, practice and play with challenging emotions, life and ancestral patterns and memories that have shaped our internal selves & is impacted by the external world.
