I work with people experiencing a variety of challenges to connection and wellbeing, including anxiety, trauma, and depression. My areas of interest include gender and gender identity, addiction and recovery, grief and loss, intergenerational and identity-related trauma, improving interpersonal relationships, poly/non-monogamy, and exploring spirituality as a healing resource. I see therapy as a way of counteracting the influence of harmful systems of oppression that can stand in the way of self-acceptance, embodiment, and connecting with others. My approach is derived from anti-oppression and trauma-informed practices, and includes psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness modalities, as well as CBT and DBT.
