I am a relational psychodynamic therapist working with both individuals and couples. I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ folks. I approach treatment with warmth, non-judgment, and unconditional positive regard. My practice is trauma-informed, sex positive, and kink and poly/CNM affirming. I view individuals as experts of their own lived experience. I draw from modalities such as IFS and contemporary psychoanalysis that seek to increase self-awareness and insight, as well as approaches such as ACT, CBT or DBT. My goal is to empower folks to overcome challenges and make the changes they are hoping to see in themselves. I have special interest in supporting adults around social anxiety, identity exploration, and ADHD diagnosis.
I am in-network with UnitedHealthcare, Oxford Health Plans, Aetna, UMR, and Oscar.
