Tanya Marwaha

QTBIPOC/Immigrants/Body Image

As a South Asian immigrant therapist, I hope to support you on your journey of self-discovery and change. I help clients navigate various mental health and interpersonal concerns. I am also passionate about working with members of the BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and immigrant communities, and those with eating disorders and body image concerns. I draw from prior professional experiences at college settings and an eating disorder treatment centre. My practice is rooted in multicultural, anti-oppression, and anti-capitalist frameworks. Therapy is always tailored to your unique experiences and goals.

I am in-network with Aetna and the Columbia University plan. If you think we'd be a good fit, please reach out for a free consultation. I offer sessions online and in-person.
