I help couples understand their recurrent conflict patterns and find new ways to connect. My clients want love more fully and feel close, but have experienced relational trauma and default to self protection when things get dicey. Some also come in with eating disorders to sort through. I’m trained in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) which names the bond between loved ones as the primary client. I help clients learn skills co-regulate each other through a modality called Emotion Focused Family Therapy. I practice fundamentally through an Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Processing (AEDP) lens to help clients feel less alone with themselves and others. I am committed to ongoing learning and supervision with wise, experienced mentors to provide deliberate treatment with motivated clients.
