I have a unique focus on ADHD/ASD, grief and issues concerning the racial caste system. I am sex positive, kink-affirming, poly-affirming. Support those with concerns around life transitions, anxiety, depression,relational stressors (romantic, intimate, familial, platonic), coming out/queer Identity exploration, social/political existential crisis.I utilize Narrative, Attachment, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Humanic therapy through a cultural lens, CBT and trauma informed talk interventions with incorporations of mindfulness/meditation and breathwork. I am inquisitive, interactive, curious and I utilize humor as levity in sessions. I listen, assess, and at times challenge (with your permission of course). I take your whole nuanced self into consideration when coming up with interventions.
