stephanie (she/they) is an aroace, kink-positive, neurodivergent Asian American therapist and abolitionist in movement. They see the primary goal of therapy as not just reducing symptoms but growing a life worth the struggle of living. In her view, this growth entails–paradoxically–a turn away from a more concrete self and towards a familiarization to the uncertainty of what-is and who you already are. Guided by radical candor and curiosity, stephanie’s therapeautic approach is both caring and challenging. stephanie’s interests includes complex trauma, identity development, self-esteem, addiction, attachment injuries, and disordered eating. stephanie is anti-Zionist and pro-Palestinian.
