As a first-gen Greek American nonbinary fat person, I know firsthand what it’s like not to fit into society’s and/or familial expectations. I’m excited to work with those who want to challenge norms and explore new possibilities for themselves. Drawing on tenets of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, as well as Existential and Relational therapies, I can help you experience more mindfulness, radical acceptance, and intentional joy in your life. I have completed training in Solution Focused Brief Therapy and am receiving training in Gottman Method for Couples. I received my Master’s in Social Work at Hunter College and have worked in higher education, foster care, criminal justice, and human services. I am available for teletherapy work with NY-based individuals and couples.
I am in-network with Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, United Medical Resources (UMR), and UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH.
