Sophie is currently working towards their Master’s in Social Work at Columbia University. They practice therapy through a client-centered and trauma-informed lens, taking a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach to working with clients and utilizing a variety of methodologies to make therapy best suited for the individual. Sophie is deeply committed to anti-racist, anti-oppressive therapy practice.

Sophie has a background in LGBTQIA+ community education and engagement and is passionate about identity exploration, queer community building, and access to identity-affirming care. They also have experience working with survivors of DV/IPV, parents, children and adolescents, and those experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
