My goal as a therapist is to create an affirming environment that offers support and guidance, honors your complexity, and centers your self-determination. I work collaboratively with my clients to address concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, self-image, sex and sexuality. My therapeutic approach is primarily psychodynamic and relational, and an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed lens is central to my practice.
I have over a decade experience working with LGBTQ+ communities, and I am committed to providing affirming therapy to queer, trans, and gender-expansive individuals. In addition to my private practice, I am the Mental Health Services Manager at The LGBT Community Center.
