Hi! I’m Sky and I’m a transgender woman. Although I’ve seen a handful of therapists, none were transgender themselves. There’s so many questions I wish I felt comfortable asking because there’s so much I wish I knew. Now, I hope to be the transgender therapist that I once needed. A therapist that’s judgment-free, personalized, knowledgeable, and in the community herself. Still, although I know a lot, I realize that there’s even more that I don’t know. I strive to always keep an open mind, learn new ideas from everyone, and continue my own personal journey of growth. I have degrees in Philosophy and Psychology from Boston University and an MSW in Mental Health and Substance Abuse from the University of Michigan.
