Sinam Ward

Psychologist
BIPOC/Queer/Trauma/Perinatal
PhD

I provide trauma-informed and strength-based psychodynamic therapy to adults seeking to understand the personal and political factors impacting their mental health. I support clients in healing from past trauma and systemic harm so that they can make empowered choices about their futures. I specialize in LGBTQ+ and BIPOC-affirming care, couples therapy, and perinatal mental health.

I use a relational approach to support my clients in becoming more curious about their inner lives, more in touch with their hopes and desires, and clearer about the barriers they face to meeting their goals. I believe therapy is about helping us to feel more emotionally resilient in the face of any obstacle. My main goal is to create a safe space so that you feel you have true support on your journey.
