I’m a queer, nb, Colombian-American therapist dedicated to trauma-informed & anti-oppressive care. Cultural humility is the cornerstone of my values. My background in herbalism, meditation, & queer nightlife informs my eclectic approach. I draw from mindfulness, somatics, sex therapy, harm reduction, psychedelic integration, & KAP. Healing isn’t linear—self-compassion & attuning to our inner wisdom is ongoing, especially in a relentlessly painful & uncertain world.
