I aim to cultivate a collaborative, liberated space that allows for us to explore how not only interpersonal traumas impact our mental health, but also systemic traumas. I find deep value in a gentle, relational approach that honors your autonomy and humanness. When we are reminded of systems as trauma, we can begin to process the impact of anti-blackness, racism, ableism, anti-fatness, misogyny/misogynoir, homophobia, transphobia, etc. My hope is to build a mutual trust that allows us to support your growth in whatever way you hope that looks for you.
My approach is person-centered through a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens.
