My doctorate is in Traumatic Stress Psychology and I am dually specialized in co-occurring substance use treatment. I am trained in diverse treatment interventions for substance use including 12-Step/abstinence treatment, and harm reduction interventions such as moderation management. My clinical approach is based in ACT and I am trained in and utilize evidence-based interventions to work with my patients towards the goals they have for their mental health/substance use as well as their life. I am licensed in MA, IL, NY, and VT and have a fully virtual practice.
