I am a big believer that your body, mind, emotions and spirit are longing to be integrated and most people have had struggles to be fully embodied during their sexual experiences. Whether due to societal/familial/religious shame, sexual trauma, relational abuse, and/or lack of agency in other areas of one’s life, regaining one’s pleasure in sexuality is part of one’s mental and physical wellness. I help folks who want to work on discrepant desire, heal sexual pain, repair attachment wounds, ED, hypersexual behavior, affirm their orientation/gender identity, heal from sexual trauma, grow their relationships (whether monogamous, non-monogamous or platonic), and gain relationship communication skills.I integrate somatic, systemic, mindfulness, EFT, IFS, Consent and psychodynamic frameworks.
