The therapeutic relationship provides us a space to explore your past experiences, current struggles, and personal values, helping you achieve self-knowledge, healing, and meaningful change. I know facing yourself can be scary, and I aim to create a supportive, understanding environment where you can work toward the future you desire and deserve. I specialize working with adolescents/young adults, and I’m passionate about helping those dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, identity formation, high-risk behaviors, and suicidality.
Everyone’s journey is unique so I work with different therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, somatic), but I primarily work from a relational foundation. I am committed to anti-oppressive, non-hierarchical, LGBTQ+ affirming practice.
In-Person Covid Protocols/Protections: My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable, and I will accommodate your needs to the best of my ability.
