Sarah Watson

Psychotherapist
LGBTQ+/Relational/Neurodivergent
LMSW, MEd

I believe that healing takes place in relationship. Our relationship as therapist and client, where you feel truly seen and heard, is a powerful place for this healing to begin. My job is to see you, wherever you are, in your pain, in your loneliness, in your fear, and in your joy. Together, we will explore these parts, giving them the attention and care they need as we move closer to your truth. I have experience working with people on a wide range of issues: anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, attachment work, sexuality and just feeling “stuck”. I am passionate about acknowledging the impacts of varying forms of intersectional oppression in our work, with a particular emphasis on LGBTQIA+ individuals.
