As a queer woman from the south now living in Brooklyn, I understand unique pressures that come with navigating sexuality, identity, and relationships in a world that doesn’t always make space for them. My passion lies in working with individuals and couples on issues related to sex and relationships — including navigating nonmonogamy, desire discrepancies, and deconstructing purity culture or shame around sexuality. I am currently a student in NYU’s mental health counseling program, and have taken coursework in CBT, mindfulness, relational therapy, psychodynamic counseling, and trauma-informed care. My approach is feminist, person-centered, and rooted in a strengths-based approach, and I work from a foundationally sex- and kink-positive lens.
