Hello, my name is Sarah (they/them). I am licensed in NY and CA, and can provide telehealth in FL. My specializations include men’s mental health, trauma, moral injury, identity clarification (including spiritual development), ENM, work burnout, and LGBTQ+. I am fully trained in EMDR which I combine with Postmodern (e.g. Narrative, RCT, Feminist) and Anti-Colonial approaches. Most of my early work was in community mental health and have training in lots of other things I occasionally use. I am a proud nerd AND geek which means I read a lot and will probably understand your fandom and gaming references.
