I work with people who want to understand themselves better and are open to exploring what’s going on beneath the surface. Maybe you’re navigating questions about identity, sexuality, or relationships , or you keep falling into the same patterns and want to understand why. I create space where you can explore difficult topics like sex, intimacy, shame, trauma, and how you relate to others.
My approach is warm and empathic. I incorporate humor and levity, while also being direct when we need to address challenging material. I specialize in sex and intimacy issues, trauma, and identity exploration. While I’m trained in LGBTQ+ affirming care, I welcome clients of all orientations.
I work primarily in person but offer telehealth sessions as well. I’d be glad to connect if this resonates.
