I work with people who are curious about themselves but keep hitting the same walls. Maybe you’re replaying conversations, stuck in patterns you can’t shake, or wondering why your relationships keep going the same way. You show up, you reflect, you want to understand, but you just need someone honest in your corner.
My approach is relational and psychodynamic, and I work exclusively in person. I believe in the consistency of a shared space as part of what makes change possible. My style is warm, direct, and occasionally funny.
I specialize in relational patterns, trauma, and identity, am LGBTQ+ affirming, and am currently training in EMDR. I have a background in tech and understand those pressures.
