I offer a warm, open space to make sense of what feels tangled, heavy, or hard to name. Therapy with me is collaborative—we’ll explore what’s happening in the present while identifying deeper patterns and experiences shaping your emotional world.

I practice through an anti-oppressive lens, centering intersecting identities and examining how systems of power impact lived experience. I welcome conversations around race, sexuality, body size, ability, age, gender, and socioeconomic background, and have experience supporting clients navigating polyamory, kink, and sex work. I invite ongoing dialogue about how our shared and differing identities may shape the therapeutic relationship and work we do together.

My orientation is psychodynamic, informed by relational psychoanalysis, IFS, and CBT.
