Sara Ampudia

Psychotherapist
LGBTQ-Affirmative
LCSW-R

I see psychotherapy as a series of intimate conversations in which we, as therapist and client, partner together to look deeply into your feelings and experiences, with both curiosity and compassion. Through this process, you can learn to know, trust, and honor the wisdom in your feelings, to gain confidence in your most authentic self, and to create and navigate a fulfilling life. I approach therapy with an affirming stance that is informed by values of feminism, anti-racism, and affirmation of LGBTQ identities. I trained at Smith College School for Social Work, and hold post-graduate certificates in relational, psychodynamic psychotherapy from the William Alanson White Institute and the Stephen Mitchell Relational Study Center. In-network with Aetna.
