My practice is intuitive led and I strive to be deeply affirming, consent based, and trauma informed. I offer different modalities and knowledge that I’ve learned from over 20 years from certified trainings, my time as a licensed massage therapist, as well as informal and community based trainings. I have also learned so much from nature and the ebbs and flows of the world within and around me and the people around me, including my amazing clients.
