I offer both traditional talk therapy and art therapy, with a focus on trauma-informed and psychodynamic approaches. My work is rooted in an anti-oppressive and sex-positive framework in order to foster human connection, collaboration, and empowerment. Therapy can feel daunting, especially when things might seem too difficult or exhausting to initially put into words. But together, we will work through emotions that feel “inconvenient”, we will discover what feels meaningful for your own personal growth, and we will honor your unique perspective. I specialize in supporting individuals navigate anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, relationship challenges, complex trauma, disabilities, and chronic illness.
